I am exclusively recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Manager for our multi-site client, managing a small team of dedicated recruiters who are driving several improvements through their internal recruitment process.
You will lead on attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey for all candidates.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all sites, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Lead and coach a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand resourcing needs, providing expert advice on talent attraction strategies.
* Drive the employer branding strategy to attract top talent and promote our client as an employer of choice.
* Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will have the following experience:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (ideally across multiple sites).
* Strong resourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to source passive candidates and attract top talent for hard-to-fill roles.
* Leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing recruiters.
* Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and selection methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability to build and execute employer branding strategies.
* Proven track record of improving recruitment processes, tools, and systems to deliver efficiencies.
* Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
