Are you organised, detail-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced office? We're recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team immediately!
?? What You'll Be Doing
* Processing customer orders using the Opera 3 computer system
* Managing customer enquiries and requests
* Completing accurate data input and maintaining records
* Using key software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Nitro Pro, plus internal systems
* Working collaboratively with other departments to support smooth operations
?? What We're Looking For
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confident computer user with strong IT proficiency
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
* Relevant administration or supply chain qualifications (ideal but not essential)
* A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment
