The restaurant is open for dinner Monday through Thursday and all day on Friday and Saturday. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior bartender who works and can run the bar with ease and confidence. You will be responsible for maintaining Kricket standards for all things beverage, and enhancing the guest's experience by bringing prior knowledge, personality, and bundles of energy! The perfect candidate will also support the Bar manager and wider front-of-house and management team by carrying out daily tasks and duties. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Prior bar experience with a good knowledge of classic cocktails, beers and wine. Great communicator who can work with and lead a team, manage multiple tasks and tickets prioritising accordingly. Strong attention to detail- being able to direct and give constructive feedback to the bar team. Naturally hospitable- anticipating guest needs and making everyone feel looked after.
