We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pastry Chefs /Chef de Parties to join our pool of temporary agency staff. These roles are perfect for chefs who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work in a range of kitchens — from restaurants and hotels to event venues and contract catering. Ideally you will be flexible and happy to work either in Pastry or within the main kitchen on a different section.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food.
* Prepare and present pastry items or savoury dishes to standard.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
* Work efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to new settings.
* Uphold food hygiene, allergen, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Pastry Chef/Chef de Partie.
* A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Food Hygiene Level 2 and Allergens
* Ability to step into new kitchens with confidence.
