Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Salary:£39,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Hours: 40 per week
Overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half for hours over 50 per week
* Night rate paid at x 1.3
* Weekend rate paid at x 1.5
Benefits: Company van, Company phone, Payable working hours include travel time to site, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Full, clean UK driving licence Required
* Flexible to travel across the UK & stay away over night when needed
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing and professional team working across HVAC, AHU, and control systems. This role would suit someone technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for electrical installation, fault-finding, and support works across a range of projects. The position involves working with electrical systems, controls, and equipment, often on-site and directly with customers to ensure the correct outcome is achieved.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer
* Electrical qualification, with 18th Edition desirable
* Experience within AHU, BMS, or HVAC controls is highly advantageous
* Confident using electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeters, test equipment)
* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, as well as work without drawings when required
* Strong knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and industry guidelines
