* One permanent full-time Business Officer to provide administrative support to the Fenland Child and Family Centre team
* One fixed-term full-time Business Officer (until March 2027) to provide administrative support to the Huntingdonshire Child and Family Centre team
Child and Family Centres sit within a wider Targeted Support District team. The service aims to improve outcomes for all children and reduce inequalities for those experiencing disadvantage. The successful candidates will need to travel and work flexibly across locations in Cambridgeshire where services are delivered.
You will be required to provide high quality administrative support to the team. You will work on your own initiative, stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines. A methodical approach, clear communication and strong organisational skills are essential. You should be confident using Microsoft packages and working with databases. You will liaise with colleagues, professionals and members of the public by phone, email, social media platforms and face‑to‑face, so excellent communication skills are essential, alongside an understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
