As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with customers through both email and telephone. Your main objective will be to provide technical advice, execute fault-finding, and schedule service appointments. In our fast-paced call centre, you'll ensure our customers receive an exceptional service journey, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally, and striving to resolve issues at the first point of contact.
Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position.
Customer Service Representative Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong customer orientation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technical proficiency with the ability to offer clear and concise advice.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace.
* Strong team player who is self-motivated and resilient in a competitive environment.
