3. Monitor and analyse smart meter commissioning data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
4. Lead root cause analysis for Service Request failures across Install & Commission (I&C), Change of Supplier (CoS), and BAU activities (e.g. firmware updates)
5. Support compliance and performance of energy supplier smart data processes, ensuring continuous improvement
6. Collaborate with Data teams to define dashboards, KPIs, and reporting (e.g. SR performance)
7. Work closely with IT and systems teams to improve Adapter-related tools, platforms, and system stability
8. Document and refine end-to-end commissioning processes, ensuring alignment with DCC, SEC, and regulatory standards
9. Assess and manage supplier-specific process issues, including Adapter vendors and third-party commissioning partners
10. Support the CMS Management team with data interrogation and insight to inform operational and strategic decisions
11. Track system and software performance against contractual SLAs, driving optimisation
12. Contribute to continuous improvement and change management, including business cases with cost/benefit analysis
13. Confidently present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and suppliers
14. Deliver training and maintain documentation for new and existing colleagues, in line with document control procedures
