Temporary Sales Associate - Part Time
Our Sales Associates help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love! Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. You will build knowledge of products to handle customer enquiries and support the store in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Reflect the H. Samuel brand and culture, presenting a friendly, fashion-conscious, business casual image.
* Develop product knowledge to assist customers and handle enquiries effectively as new products are introduced in store.
* Support the store in maintaining performance and achieving sales targets.
* Provide memorable customer experiences and celebrate special life moments with customers (engagements, weddings, birthdays).
Your background
* Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
* Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
