Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Conflicts & Risk Management Lawyer for a permanent position. Conduct research on legal issues, corporate affiliations, SEC filings, sanctions, and public records.
Use internal and external databases to gather and analyze information for conflict review.
Implement Ethical Walls to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
Assess conflicts related to lateral attorney hires and advise accordingly.
Support Conflict Specialists with conflict searches and analyses.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies within internal databases.
Assist stakeholders with conflicts procedures and policies.
Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed, with compensatory time off.
