We’re partnering with a growing creative agency based in Chelmsford that’s looking to add a talented Graphic Designer with motion graphics experience to their team.
This agency is continuing to expand its client portfolio across a diverse mix of sectors including ecommerce, lifestyle, tech and consumer brands. As a result, they’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and ambitious team.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality design across both static and motion. You’ll work on a wide range of projects including digital campaigns, social media content, branding, paid ads and web assets.
You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life, translating briefs into engaging visual content that performs across different platforms. From concept through to final execution, you’ll have real ownership over your work and the opportunity to contribute creatively to campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Create high-quality design work across digital, social, web and branding projects
• Develop motion graphics and animations for social media, paid campaigns and digital content
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content and account management
• Interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas and concepts
• Ensure all work is on brand, on brief and delivered to a high standard
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy agency environment
What They’re Looking For
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across digital and branding
• Experience creating motion graphics using tools such as After Effects
• Good understanding of digital-first design and social media content
• Agency experience is preferred
• Ability to work across multiple clients and industries
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
