Reporting into the Strategy & Transformation Director, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll collaborate across departments to discover and implement commercial opportunities, question traditional ways of operating, and speed up outcomes. You'll champion urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement—all while guiding a team of project managers and collaborating with senior collaborators.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Proven experience leading or supporting commercial transformation programmes
2. Strong commercial competence demonstrated through a history of improving revenue, cost efficiency, or product profitability
3. Ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
4. Demonstrated success managing priorities and delivering under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with all interested parties
