Investigo is proud to be partnering with a distinguished UK not-for-profit organisation that has been at the forefront of supporting victims, collaborating with the Police and Government for over 80 years to ensure justice, compensation, and creating safer communities for the future.
As the organisation undertakes a period of significant transformation, they are implementing a new Organisation and People strategy aimed at strengthening their workforce capabilities to deliver lasting change and their strategic ambitions. In this exciting opportunity as the Reward Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the operational rollout of a revised pay, reward, and recognition strategy to ensure the organisation can attract, retain, and nurture the talent it needs for success.
The Role and Responsibilities
* Leading the end-to-end management of the annual reward cycle, including salary review, incentives, communication, and governance.
* Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pay, reward, and incentivisation to ensure fairness, compliance, and innovation.
* Collaborating with People Operations and Finance to deliver fair and legally compliant pay practices, benefits administration, and grading structures.
* Benchmarking and evaluating pay, rewards, and employee benefits to maintain a compelling Employee Value Proposition.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for pay and reporting obligations including Gender Pay and National Minimum Wage compliance.
* Supporting the Chief People Officer (CPO) during Remuneration and Nomination Committee (REMCO) engagements and processes.
* Overseeing supplier relationships, including benchmarking partners, and managing contracts effectively with procurement support.
* Bringing a human-centred, curious approach to modernising reward strategies.
About You
* Proven expertise in designing and refining pay, grading, and reward cycles for diverse organisations.
* Advanced data analysis and modelling skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
* A strong understanding of compensation frameworks, legal compliance, benchmarking, and employee incentive systems.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and partnerships with internal teams and external providers.
