About the Role:
We are seeking a Receptionist at our Manchester location to provide excellent customer service by communicating sympathetically and courteously with our PDSA clients.
In this role, based at the hospital’s busy reception, you will be responsible for processing client visits, answering phone inquiries, encouraging financial contributions, and maintaining PDSA paperwork.
This position suits individuals who are highly resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
As part of a team, you may need to cover some weekends and team members’ absences.
About You:
Ideal candidates will be organized with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Previous experience in an office setting, including word processing and using computerized records systems, is advantageous but not essential.
