This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with excellent commercial awareness to join a truly values driven organisation. In this role you will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice to a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.

These are the key responsibilities:
* Building effective working relationships with a variety of external clients
* Supporting with the onboarding of new clients
* Advising clients on all areas of HR policy and process, ensuring clients receive a prompt and professional response
* Supporting with disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
* Coaching clients through periods of change which may include workforce planning, restructuring and redundancy processes
* Updating and rolling out new HR policies to clients
* Delivering training to Managers on HR matters
* Working collaboratively to share best practice and support the wider HR team
Skills / experience required:
* Extensive HR Advisory experience - gained either in-house or working as a HR Consultant xsngvjr
* Strong UK employment law knowledge
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style depending on the audience
* A pro-active and solutions focussed approach
* Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence in influencing
