Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage daily customer volumes
* Coordinate with Maritime staff to resolve issues and problems
* Engage with customers externally to maintain a high standard of service
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong communication skills and experience dealing directly with customers
* Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Excel
* Understanding of the transport industry preferred but not essential
