Patient facing enquiries and follow up work - helping ensure the patient journey is complete, up to date and completed efficiently. This may include: patient facing enquiries Administration duties Assisting GP's and other clinicians in ensuring best possible care is delivered Telephone work We expect staff in this role to move quickly and adapt to changes being made in practice, including the use of new technologies. Working autonomously in a safe and rapid manner Using your initiative to assist other busy staff members Be creative and innovative and suggest ways in which the practice can improve.
