Solicitor (England & Wales)
with a minimum of
1 year Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a
Junior Solicitor / Associate Solicitor

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, deliver high-quality legal advice, and ensure full compliance with
Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
standards and the
SRA Code of Conduct

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
* Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
* Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal documentation
* Conduct legal research and case analysis
* Attend client meetings, negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
* Ensure compliance with UK legal procedures and regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate time recording, billing, and file management
* Meet fee targets and contribute to team performance
* Support client relationship management and business development initiatives
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor admitted in England & Wales
* Minimum 1 year PQE
* Strong knowledge of UK law and legal procedures
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
* High level of professionalism and client care
