An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join our team based in Huddersfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri and in return you will recieve a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour - £26,000 per year.
Exciting opportunity to become a Dental Receptionist at Edgerton Dental Clinic… to join our well established family run dental practice. Located in central Huddersfield. Must have good communication skills, be warm and friendly with patients, being polite with the ability to work in a team.
Key responsibilities of our Receptionist will include:
1. Answer the Telephone in the prescribed manner
2. Welcome all patients arriving at the practice
3. Ensure that the appointment system is efficient and accurate
4. Collect and record patient payments
5. Administration & Finance
6. Ensure that patient records are completed correctly before filing and storing them in an efficient, tidy and secure manner
7. Complete and return relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
8. Encourage prompt payments and chase outstanding debts according to the practice policy
9. Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required
