Supply Learning Support Assistant, Enfield
Protocol Education is working with multiple schools in Enfield to fill increasing requirements for supply Learning Support Assistants.
If you are a student, a homemaker, or seeking experience in education and are available a few days a week, this role may be ideal for you.
As a supply Learning Support Assistant, you will work in different establishments throughout the week unless secured into a longer-term role. These establishments will be close to your location to ensure proper commute and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
* Help teachers prepare lesson materials
* Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons
* Work with students to ensure understanding
* Observe, record, and report students' progress
* Look after children who are upset or unwell
* Assist in leading classes with teacher support
Requirements:
* Sensitivity and understanding
* Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
* Flexibility and openness to change
* Enjoy working with others
* Ability to teach pupils how to do something
* Ability to create optimal learning conditions
* Basic computer or device skills

All pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent placement in the future.
