* Working as a part of the stores team with desire to learn and progress in career.
* Ensuring shipments are packed to the company quality standards
* Dispatch on courier websites DHL/FedEx according to picklist provided
* Completing daily stores duties including:
o Incoming receipt and inspection
o Storage of parts in a safe manner
o Kitting of works orders
o Issuing of shortages to work orders
o Issuing stores requests
o Dispatching items from MRP from sales orders
o Creating manual excel shipment paperwork when required
o Sending relevant emails on shipments
o Receiving RMA and Demo machines
o Stores kept in a tidy, safe and organised manner
o MRP system updated with correct BIN locations
o Ensure the stock accuracy within SAP is as high as possible
o Organise courier collections when required
* Ensuring all tasks within the warehouse are completed in line with quality procedures
* Communicating with other plants/areas in an effective manner
* Be involved in stock checks of the stores area as required by finance
* Any other tasks reasonably requested by the Warehouse Controller
Your profile
* Organisation skills: Ability to keep inventory in order and maintain a tidy workspace.
* Attention to detail: Ensure orders are accurate and stock is correctly labelled.
* Time management: Meeting deadlines and managing tasks efficiently.
* Teamwork: Collaborating with others to keep operations running smoothly.
* Communication: Competent written, spoken and reading ability
