Gulliver's Theme Park Resorts is recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an October 2025 start. This position is temporary (Maternity Cover) until September 2026 but could lead to a full-time position.
You will be part of a small team based at Gulliver's World in Warrington, covering a multi-site operation, working alongside our on-site teams at our 4 UK Theme Parks.
You will be responsible for:
1. Sales invoicing / credit control for theme parks and hotels
2. Processing expenses onto the invoice paperless system
3. Reconciling and posting daily accommodation revenue figures
4. Reconciling and inputting the PayPal account into sales
5. Nominal journals – moving costs between sites

Requirements / Qualifications
1. AAT Qualification an advantage
2. Previous experience working in a finance background
3. Good knowledge of working with Excel
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
5. Good understanding of Nominal Journals / Departments
