A Vacancy has arisen at Kilsyth Medical Partnership for 1 Part-Time Medical Receptionists post 24 hours over 5 days ( Monday 1-6, Tuesday 8-1, Wednesday 1-6, Thursday 8-1, Friday 1-6)
Annual leave entitlement would be 4 weeks per year plus 10 public holidays. An additional week of leave is granted automatically for either the Christmas/New Year holiday (alternates yearly).
Duties will include answering calls, patient care navigation, processing of prescriptions, handling test results, registering new patients, Docman, Mail Manager Etc. The ideal candidate should have Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and a positive approach to dealing with patients when under pressure are necessary. Computer literacy and the ability to multitask are essential requirements for the role. Experience of Vision, Docman and the medical setting would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality is a necessity.
