Key Responsibilities Source and secure new tech clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and presenting candidates.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent efficiently.
Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates throughout the process.
Represent SSM Talent professionally and consistently uphold our quality standards.
Requirements Proven experience in tech recruitment (agency or freelance).
A track record of bringing in clients and filling roles successfully.
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting).
Confidence in business development and building long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Professional communication and organisational skills.
