Female Personal Assistant (Milngavie) – GCIL ED ED/RC.01.26

Personal Assistant required for a warm and young girl with high functioning autism, who enjoys being active. Every day is unique, but activities might include going to the trampoline centre, going to the cinema or swimming. The ideal match is active and engaging.
This role is based in Milngavie, so it important you can travel to and from the area reliably.
Details
Were looking for support for around 4-8 hours per week, with shifts agreed based on the young girls needs, availability on Saturdays and or Sundays with flexibility is required.
A driving licence and own vehicle is required.
The role is for 4 to 8 hours per week. At an hourly rate of £12.60.
PVG Scheme Membership or Update will be required for the role, at the expense of the Personal Assistant.
Due to the nature of the role only female will be considered.
Responsibilities
* Support the young girl with agreed activities and outings, including active engagements such as visiting a trampoline centre, cinema, or swimming.
* Travel to and from Milngavie reliably to fulfil shifts.
* Work around 4-8 hours per week with shifts on weekends, as arranged.
Qualifications and Qualities
* Flexibility and a positive attitude are most important.
* Experience with children on the autistic spectrum is helpful but not required.
* A driving licence and own vehicle are required.
