What you’ll be doing
as a Transport Training & Maintenance Coordinator
1. Training department – carry out self-audits/spot checks of our training records, upload training documents, booking training with governing bodies.
2. Departmental administration – responsible for accurate record keeping, booking CPC courses with Logistics UK, and uploading of training records within the internal systems used.
3. Maintenance department – carry out self-audits/spot checks of our records to ensure compliance with our O’ licence offering/Traffic commissioner.
4. To stand-in to maintenance role in the event of sickness, etc., so no single point of failure.
5. Departmental administration duties associated with maintenance, to include, but not limited to.
1. Record keeping
2. Compliance documents
3. SharePoint
4. Vehicle maintenance bookings
5. Plant maintenance bookings
6. Shift-log updates
6. Store/stocks – take ownership of all stock and ordering process for Renewals & Logistics, making sure business-critical stock of PPE & HGV-related items are available 24/7.
Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What you should bring to the role
7. Experience within Transport Legislation, Compliance Legislation or Training Legislation.
8. Full clean driving licence.
9. Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
