Site Administrator- Part Time
Location: Bradford, BD3
Pay Rate: £13.50
We are recruiting a Site Administrator for our client based in Bradford (BD3). This is an ongoing full-time role with potential for long-term opportunities.
🕒 Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 15:00 or 7.00-16.00 or 8.00-17.00 this is only 3 days per week Monday to Wednesday 24 hours total
📋 Key Responsibilities
As part of a small administration team, you will:
Maintain SAP reports and handle requests
Support the site management team as required
Prepare weekly site reports
Manage ordering within the SAP system
Monitor PM3 and SAP activities
Update the Microlise system
Complete and update stock counts
Ensure daily check sheets (despatch input/updates) are accurate
Update the PTL system
Produce despatch reports as needed
✅ Knowledge & Skills (Essential)
Good general standard of education
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to work on own initiative
