Account Handler (Claims) - Property
Are you a claims professional with strong experience in commercial property or real estate claims?
We are recruiting an Account Handler on behalf of a specialist claims management company, offering a rewarding opportunity within a growing, high-performing team.
These hybrid positions are based in Chelmsford or Glasgow, with a minimum of three days in the office per week.
What you will do:
* Handle a portfolio of property claims from investigation to settlement, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and data protection standards
* Investigate, negotiate, and agree claim settlements in a professional and timely manner
* Liaise with insureds, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve smooth claim progression
* Produce accurate reports and ensure billing, invoicing, and time reporting comply with internal standards
* Work closely with adjusters and attend client review meetings as required, validating and approving contractor quotes
We are looking for professionals with experience in real estate or commercial property claims.
