What can you expect in this role?: Lead and mentor the on-site HSE team, develop HSE training, and engage staff to foster a strong safety culture. Maintain and monitor HSE systems to meet legal requirements, ISO standards, and company procedures. Oversee detailed risk assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure RIDDOR reporting where required.
