The Opportunity
Are you talented and experienced in managing reservations? We're looking for a Reservations Manager to lead our reservations department and ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead the Department: Oversee the reservations department, ensuring the efficient and effective management of all reservations.
2. Maximize Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
3. Guide the Team: Manage a team of reservation agents, providing training and guidance as needed.
4. Deliver Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
6. Coordinate Efforts: Liaise with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
7. Report Progress: Prepare regular reports on reservations and revenue for senior management.
8. Analyze Data: Identify trends and patterns in reservation data and implement strategies to address any issues.
9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate
27. Previous experience working in a reservations management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
28. Excellent leadership and management skills.
29. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
30. The ability to work effectively under pressure.
31. A good understanding of revenue management principles.
32. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
33. A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
34. Proficiency in reservation management systems and Microsoft Office.
35. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
