We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training, inventory control, and customer service.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in culinary practices and hospitality.
* Support staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while managing labour costs effectively.
* Support marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
* Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food production processes.
* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management.
* Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous.
* Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
