Rate of Pay: £12.79- £16.53 per hour
Summary:
The Customer Service Advisor – Care & Wellbeing Hub (Carers) plays a vital role in supporting unpaid carers across Lincolnshire by delivering compassionate, person-centred advice and guidance through the Care & Wellbeing Hub. The role requires resilience, empathy, sound judgement, and the ability to manage sensitive and emotionally challenging conversations. The post holder will utilise the Mosaic case management system and other IT platforms to accurately record information, develop emergency response plans, liaise with professionals, and ensure that carers receive timely and effective support in line with legislative and safeguarding requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Explore and understand the nature of carers' responsibilities and how these impact their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
* Gather detailed and accurate information using professional curiosity and effective questioning techniques.
* Ensure information collected informs effective decision-making and support planning.
* Complete all documentation in accordance with established frameworks and quality standards.
* Ensure records are clear, concise, accurate, and free from errors.
* Ensure emergency arrangements are accurately recorded and communicated appropriately.
Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, or demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.
Essentials:
* Experience working within a customer service environment
* Experience undertaking administrative duties and maintaining accurate records.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and the Care Act framework.
