* Supporting the management of classroom behavior, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications
* An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for education and supporting children’s learning.
* Ability to deliver lessons and work independently with small groups of students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Previous experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Legal right to work within the UK
