About the role The Engagement Success Manager will play a critical role in a focused Territory. You will work in close contact with the Territory Leader to retain and expand revenue, solve operational problems, and complete necessary sales tasks which are critical to drive strategic growth and ensure successful client outcomes. You will be required to deliver timely solutions to a range of operational tasks and will be expected to be able to take on more complex engagement management conversations with legal talent. Responsibilities; Specifically, this role will; Focus on effective engagement management at accounts directed by the Territory Leader which will include managing the legal talent and, where determined appropriate, the client. Create community between legal talent engaged, working closely with the Talent Success team. Raise insights from engagement management with the Territory Leader and the wider sales team to drive revenue and increase NRR. Ensure successful completion of engagements in partnership with other teams in the organization. In partnership with the Business Operations and Billing teams ensure that matters are quickly and effectively resolved, particularly as related to revenue. Drive expansion at selected accounts in partnership with Client Account Executives. Support the Territory Leader on all operational matters, may include book of business management, variance reporting, start and end date management, preparation for internal and external meetings work will be allocated at the direction and control of the Territory Leader. Work closely with internal stakeholders to complete any audits or third-party risk management questionnaires requested by clients. Require an ability to manage a variety of tasks operational in nature with a high level of attention to detail. About you 1+ years of services driven experience, this can include client development/ account management/ client success/ sales experience/ recruitment in a professional services environment, preferably B2B Proven ability to manage varied tasks successfully to a high standard of execution with attention to detail. Comfort managing data and building reports and PowerPoint documents. Clear evidence of experience working across teams in an organization which will require strong communication and ability to build relationships.
