We are urgently looking for a high energy Customer Service Representative with Customer Service experience to join our small team in Harmondsworth. Working on a rotating shift basis with an hour for lunch 9am - 6pm office based job. With a vibrant company culture, a relaxed atmosphere and recognising hard work, our staff retention rate is one of the highest in the industry.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be expected to provide best in class customer service to our customers across a variety of sectors including: Finance, Law, Pharma, IT and Retail.
Your role will include:
* Responding to emails from our agents and customers through Outlook and In-house system
* Taking phone calls and building rapport with customers
* Data entry and shipment updates
* Tracking shipments all over the world
* Booking third party carrier collections
* Assisting the sales team with quotes

Previous experience in the courier / logistics industry is desirable but not essential however you must have a proven track record of working under pressure in a customer service environment.
