The Role
* Supporting adults OR Children develop essential life skills, independence, and social inclusion
* Implementing tailored strategies to encourage positive behaviours and wellbeing
* Designing and delivering activities that promote choice and engagement
* Collecting and analysing data to track progress and refine support plans
* Receiving mentorship and supervision from experienced behaviour specialists
* Completing specialist training in behaviour support, safeguarding, and other key areas
Training and Career Development
* Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification
* Specialist Behaviour Analysis qualifications (BCBA, UKBA(cert), CABAS® accreditation)
* NVQ Level 3 & 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care
* Industry-recognised training in safeguarding, first aid, and crisis management
