We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Millsike, a category C Prison located in Full Sutton, East Yorkshire.
HMP Millsike is a newly built prison with an operational capacity of 1500 places. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new healthcare team from the inception of a brand new prison site.

Hours
Weekdays: 07:00 - 19:15
Weekends: 08:15 - 18:00
Rolling 5-week shift pattern, working 1 weekend in 5
Salary
This position is full-time, with an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions
* Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
* Deliver nurse-led clinics supported by a multi-disciplinary team
* Provide evidence-based, personalized care, seeking and acting on patient feedback
