Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH / CSPOA Team with Reading Borough Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and process incoming referrals regarding children potentially at risk of harm. * Conduct information gathering and analysis to inform decision-making. * Work in partnership with key agencies including health, education, and police to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses. * Make threshold decisions in line with statutory guidance and local policy. * Record and maintain high-quality case notes, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
