About the Home
Rush Court Home is an elegant, Queen Anne style house set in its own grounds in the Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford, offering residential and nursing care with a warm welcome for all.
Role summary
We have a dedicated, well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care. As a Care Assistant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to residents you will:
Responsibilities
* Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
* Help promote mental and physical activity of residents through conversation, outings, and engagement in activities such as reading, hobbies and other social activities.
* Welcome and assist residents and visitors, directing them to the person in charge where necessary.
* Ensure residents' physical environment meets their needs.
* Support residents with personal care in a way that respects dignity and promotes independence.
* Prior experience is desirable but not required; full training will be provided.
