The Role
As part of our organic social media team, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing content strategies that align with our evolving business goals. You’ll also act as a frontline representative, managing inquiries and resolving issues across various social media platforms to enhance engagement and customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to plan and implement engaging, relevant campaigns. Your work will help elevate awareness of our brand and showcase the incredible diversity of our vacation rental offerings.
What you’ll be doing
Social media is a vital part of our marketing strategy, and your role goes beyond counting likes and shares. You’ll create engaging content that resonates with our audience, support key campaigns by boosting organic posts and executing planned activities, and monitor performance to refine strategies for optimal results. Your work will ensure our social media presence drives business success and helps us connect with and delight more guests.
Key responsibilities
* Content creation and ideation.
* Experience filming and editing content for social media.
* Featuring, presenting and talking on social media.
* Ensuring all content is posted without error and at agreed times.
* Ensuring all campaigns perform well meeting or exceeding OKRs.
* Ensuring all campaigns have correct setup, targeting and are implemented with correct tracking, spelling and creative spec.
* Regular monitoring to ensure any issues or errors are seen quickly and rectified with or without senior support as required.
* Ensuring complete quality control of reporting including accuracy and insights.
* Use of analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, Business Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc).
* Oversee influencer outreach, collaboration, and performance reporting to enhance brand visibility.
* Foster engagement by encouraging audiences to interact with the brand, become ambassadors, or make bookings.
* Stay informed on social media trends, conversations, competitor activities, and platform updates to remain ahead in the digital landscape.
* Provide frontline support for social media inquiries, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Plan, administer, and manage social media competitions across various platforms.

* Experience in operating at a similar level previously.
* Experience of social community management, ideation and content creation (copywriting, creative thinking and reporting).
