Measurement Partner - Global Business Solutions - Europe & Israel
Overview
The Marketing Science Measurement team interprets the performance of advertising on our platform, works with advertisers to optimize activity, and builds meaningful connections that drive behavior change. The Measurement Partner will engage with one of our key global accounts, Amazon, to measure the effectiveness of their investment, and will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clients and agencies receive best-in-class support. This role can be based in Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York.
Responsibilities
* Partner with clients and agencies to develop and execute measurement learning agendas that lead to a better understanding of performance on the platform.
* Advise stakeholders on the pros and cons of different measurement tools and methodologies based on campaign goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices using data and measurement that will improve advertiser business outcomes.
* Analyze the results of randomized controlled trials (holdout studies) and leverage advanced measurement methods using clean rooms and privacy-enhancing technologies.
* Conduct meta-analyses of groups of studies to identify strategies that can lead to better performance.
* Consult with advertiser-side data science and analytics teams on methods and models, including deep dives into machine learning and experimentation techniques.
* Present campaign and holistic learnings to internal and external stakeholders.
* Synthesize client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in product and partnership decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience with digital advertising or related marketing organizations
* Relevant Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
* A track record of inferential problem-solving through experimental design, analytical and data science methods
* Experience executing custom analytical work using SQL and Python
* Exposure to digital advertising platforms with an understanding of digital ad formats, auctions, and performance drivers
* Expertise in measurement methods such as experimental design, incrementality, attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or a related field
* Hands-on knowledge of statistical modeling, multivariate analysis, and machine learning
* Advanced expertise in custom analytical work using SQL and Python
* Experience with clean-room based measurement, including writing advanced SQL queries and performing analysis for effectiveness testing, targeting, and customer insights
* Exposure to privacy-enhancing technologies such as differential privacy, multi-party computation, and confidential computing
