Area Sales Manager (Automation) - North UK - £50k
About the Company:
The company are a global manufacturer of factory automation solutions, helping customers across a wide range of industries. The candidate will have ideally sold automation solutions (Machine vision, sensors).
About the Role:
The Area Sales Manager role will involve developing relationships with new and existing customers such as OEM/ Machine builders across a varied range of industries - Food & Bev, FMCG, Packaging, End of Line machinery, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Etc.
Responsibilities:.
* Work as part of a Sales Team, performing joint visits from time to time
* Maintain a company CRM system with contact information, sales opportunity information and activity information
* Display a technical understanding of the companies products and services to new and existing customer.
* Organising sales visits, product demonstrations and reference visits
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
Analytical mindset, team player, strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Automation
Pay range and compensation package:
Homebased
Salary: £50k+ p/a + Bonus
