Contact Centre Sales Trainer | Brentwood | Full Time | Permanent

Spire Healthcare is recruiting a Contact Centre Sales Trainer to join our Patient Support Centre in Brentwood. This is a newly created, full-time permanent role focused on developing the capability and performance of our sales teams.

In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver high-quality sales training programmes that support both new starters and experienced agents. Working as part of a small UK-wide training network, you will help drive sales performance while ensuring compliance within the private healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes to support induction and ongoing development
2. Create and maintain training materials, presentations and digital learning content to ensure consistent and compliant delivery
3. Facilitate onboarding for new starters, ensuring a strong understanding of healthcare services, systems and processes
4. Deliver refresher training to keep teams up to date with product updates, sales techniques and regulatory requirements
5. Analyse performance data and feedback to continuously improve training programmes
6. Provide coaching and guidance to sales agents and team leaders to support performance improvement
7. Collaborate with operational leaders, product specialists and healthcare professionals

You will be based within our modern and fast-paced Patient Support Centre in Brentwood.

About You

We are looking for a confident and engaging trainer who can develop others and drive performance in a regulated environment.

You will ideally have:

8. At least 3 years’ experience in a sales training, sales enablement or sales leadership role
9. Experience within a contact centre, healthcare or regulated environment (desirable)
10. A background in sales, customer service or healthcare administration
11. Experience designing and delivering training to diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
12. Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
13. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office
14. The ability to interpret performance data and adapt training strategies accordingly
15. A commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality

A qualification or certification in Learning & Development, Training or Adult Education would be highly desirable.
