We are looking to appoint a committed and self-motivated individual to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team working in a service that is developing and evolving.
The Housing Support Gateway provides one single route into housing support services and a streamlined approach to allocating referrals and ensuring the right support at the right time. It also enables the local authority to monitor those referrals through their journey of assessment and support, to understand the level of need, support provided, and outcomes of the intervention.
The Housing Support Gateway Coordinator will be involved in a wide range of critical work and work with a wide range of partners and stakeholders on a local and regional basis. It will ensure the Housing Support Gateway team effectively communicates with relevant partners, maximises its impact, and produces the best possible outcomes for customers and service users.
This is a role that requires excellent communication, the ability to gather, analyse, interpret and present data; and the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of Providers, Service Users and Professionals.
