In this role, you will complete detailed reports, specifications and building surveys; identify defects and advise on repair, maintenance and restoration options including project management.
You will liaise with clients, construction companies and other relevant stakeholders, attend and chair meetings, and represent the business while building strong client relationships.
Salary/Package: £50,000
