Staffline are recruiting on behalf of BSO for a Band 3 Course Administror required on a temporary basis based in Altnagelvin. The HSC Clinical Education Centre (CEC) is a unit of the Business Service Organisation (BSO). CEC design and deliver education that primarily supports Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals (AHP) across Northern Ireland. The post holder will be responsible for providing a full administrative and clerical service to the HSC Clinical Education Centre. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Five GCSEs Grade A-C or equivalent, including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (or equivalent qualifications) OR Higher Qualification OR 18 months experience in a clerical/ secretarial/administrative position One year's experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criterion will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approveHd by The Organisation which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post Possess good interpersonal skills to enable them to work effectively with clients and colleagues An ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team Experience in taking minutes at meetings.
