The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate employee data. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance on HR policies, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with recruitment processes.
Duties
* Support human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.
* Assist with data entry tasks related to employee information, attendance records, and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with managers and staff to address HR-related queries promptly and professionally.
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in human resources roles.
* CIPD Level 5 (essential).
* Organised with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
* Knowledge of administrative best practices within human resources functions is desirable.
