Role Overview
As a Travel Consultant, you will be the friendly face of Holloways Travel – inspiring customers, tailoring dream holidays, and offering a professional, one-to-one service. Your job will be all about building relationships, providing expert advice, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in-store, online, and by phone to understand their holiday needs
* Sell a wide range of travel products: short-haul, long-haul, family, luxury, cruise, and touring holidays
* Offer additional services including travel insurance, attraction tickets, and travel money
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the booking journey
* Process bookings accurately and efficiently using internal systems
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to store profitability
* Promote the agency through local events and social media (optional)
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in sales or customer service (retail or travel preferred)
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident manner
* Passion for travel and excellent destination knowledge
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Organised, proactive, and a team player

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
