Reporting to Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading high‑performing teams of flexible, engaged colleagues who focus on delivering operational excellence, to put our customers first. This is a full‑time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 06:00 till 14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Carry out the day‑to‑day management of a team of warehouse colleagues, managing performance, KPIs and driving continuous improvements.
* Ensure the team is trained and has the capability and confidence to deliver their role.
* Promote the agreed vision and culture within the site by living the site values and vision.
* Take responsibility for Health and Safety and lead by example, to ensure consistent compliance.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Proven experience of managing an operational team in a fast‑paced warehouse.
* The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on‑site engagement.
* Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis.
