Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
* Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve key performance targets.
* Analyse performance data, create detailed reports, and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Continuously test and refine campaigns through A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience segmentation.
* Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads that align with brand identity and audience insights.
1. Essential Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
* Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive performance improvements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
* Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally with exposure to global markets.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
